Full Page: 8.5" x 11"
Half Page Vertical: 4" x 10.5"
Half Page Horizontal: 8" x 5.25"
One-Third Vertical: 2.63" x 10.5"
One-Third Horizontal: 8" x 3.5"
Discounts available: at least one ad per month for 6 months: 10% discount. At least one ad per month for 1 year, 15% discount.

File Specifications

JazzWeek accepts digital files only. The preferable file format for advertising files is PDF; however JPG, TIFF, and EPS are acceptable. Please convert all files to CMYK. Images should be created or scanned at 300 dpi. Files may be provided to JazzWeek on CD or may be sent via e-mail. Files must include any images and fonts required to reproduce the layout. PDFs must have all images and fonts embedded within the file. Existing advertising layouts can be resized by JazzWeek to fit advertising dimensions.

Deadlines

JazzWeek is published each Wednesday, except for a double issue at July 4 and at year's end. The deadline for reserving ad space is 5 p.m. eastern on Thursday preceding the next issue, and the closing date for submitting advertising files is Friday at 5 p.m. eastern.

Placement

Positioning of advertisements is at the discretion of JazzWeek except where a request for a specific preferred position is acknowledged by us in writing. Ads must be received by the deadline or the position may be lost.
