The fact that so few males vocalist are included lately on lists, I think Andy's 
latest, Ain't Necessarily So, is the best thing he's released. What is stunning 
about it is it's diversity. He usually is locked into ballads on his recent 
releases, but he knows how to sing up tempo material excellently and I include 
his recording in my best of the year. Problem with TOP TENS is that there are 
others that should be there...his SHOULD IMO.
