Today's most popular track was a Latin-jazz track by the band Squat.
Latin-jazz always gets a solid response around here, so I'm not surprised
the Suenos Latin-Jazz cut also generated interest. Trumpeter J. V. Dixon
also proved popular. My personal pick to click is the Thomas Mapfumo classic
chimurenga reissue, though Chris Stout's blend of traditional Scottish
fiddling with jazz (on a Swedish tune, in this case) is highly captivating
as well. Is anyone else surprised by Eric Andersen's recent blues direction,
or am I a latecomer here? To the list:
