[JPL] Digital Distribution for promo material

Digital downloads for airplay are frowned upon here, but used on occasion,
if we want something badly enough. I'm sure you'll get a lot of reasons pro
and con, but one thing that cuts down on airplay of downloads from me
personally is that a burned CD in a paper sleeve is easily lost amidst piles
of jewel-boxes and Digipacks with names on their spines.
