The same question you posed Nick was asked in the 1990s, 80s, 70s, 60s and
50s.  We all know that and this is not a personal attack, KPLU's playlist
tends to be more conservative than most of the rest of the all or mostly
jazz formatted stations. That's okay, you and your namesake predeceessor as
well as your well known PD know your market and audience and must cater to
it.
