[JPL] official word from IAJE (the dark side?)

Thanks for the boot in the pants, Ricky.  I just wrote demanding an 
answer.  We'll see what happens.  If enough of us ask "Why Chapter 7,"  
and I would like to see some mainstream journalists get in on this, 
maybe we can get an answer.  Better yet, maybe we can force a change in 
the filing.  Of course, as I said before, I am not a lawyer.
