I started playing it a couple of weeks ago. I know there was a posting
a couple of weeks ago (I can't remember who mentioned it) which is
what prompted me to pay closer attention and request a copy of the CD.
I love the version of Rain Song and Elephant Talk did work
surprisingly well. It took a few listenings before I could get past
Killer Queen and Won't Get Fooled Again as swing tunes but they do
work. Mostly for time reasons at this point I've been playing The
Great Gig In The Sky and Available Light. I've been saying for years
this was possible, it just takes some imagination and a lot of work to
craft these as Jazz vehicles. It'll certainly get play in to the
first part of 2009 on FNX
