Since Hanukkah starts tonight seemed like a good place for some related jazz
trivia, shouldn't be too hard but no googling!

1- This jazz piano pioneer was not only Jewish, he performed as a cantor at
a Harlem Synagogue, who was he?

2- Terry Gibbs recording "Plays Jewish Melodies in Jazztime" had
klezmer/jazz performances of such classics as Bei Mir Bist du Schon and My
Yiddish Mama, but it was also the recording debut of a musician who would go
on to perform in one of the classic avant-garde groups of the sixties. Who
was this pianist?

3- This New York-based musician recorded a tribute to Joel Grey's father,
what was the album?
