[JPL] a new (old) concept for music selection in radio

The owner of a theater complex in Great Barrington (Mass.) made the news  
last year, using the Mosquito successfully (albeit controversially) to clear his  
parking lot of loitering teenagers. Perhaps he should have piped KennyG into 
the  area, instead. Oh, wait, then the neighbors would be complaining, too.
