Don't forget Keely Smith, Kay Star, John-Carlos Perea and Dave Brubeck. Something tells me that Art and Addison Farmer should be included, but I can't confirm that right now. There are also interesting examples of compositions and performances inspired by American Indian culture, including Duke Ellington's suite The Beautiful Indians, Wayne Shorter's Chief Crazy Horse, Marty Krystal's Song of Elder Brother, Sheila Jordan's Mourning Song, and The Ballad of Ira Hayes by Peter LaFarge. I'm sure there are many others not just in the United States.
