[JPL] BIG change at KMHD Portland, OR

We've just been informed that KMHD GM Doug Sweet has resigned, effective
immediately.  Doug has been at the station over 7 years, coming from
community station KMUN in Astoria.  KMHD is owned by Mt. Hood Community
College.

We're all-volunteer on-air with a minimal college-paid staff of 6, now 5. We
have no PD.

What is 'planned' is unknown at this time.
