I find this a gross overstatement. But then, I only know the race of a  few 
of the responders. Even so, most of the dialogue (not a division, at least  in 
my mind) has been based on whether the SSB should be "played straight" or  
"interpreted" or "improvised upon." I do not think this is as much a racial  
argument as it is a religious one.
