The news reports on how personal response devises, or whatever this
device is which an individual inputs data into directly to document
their own electronic media habits, have upset some conventional ideas
about the audience being "measured" in radio. That technology is
probably the most accurate of all the methods for this sort of thing
that you're likely to come across, that is creating electronically the
community ideal Jim is talking about. If it were fully implemented on
a nationwide taken beyond the test market phase I bet it would
represent more accurately, not theoretical accuracy that you pay for
but true research type accuracy, who's listening to what when and
where.

Then again, I'm just some dude.
