[JPL] JazzWeek Ballot for Voting

A person can only vote one time and after the a ballot is used it 
defaults to the Summit page.  I sent that page in error.  If you need a 
ballot check you files.  Ed sent out the original mailing May 30th at 
0700 and if you have a JPL account you received a copy.  If you don't 
see it check your folders or TRASH where you might have placed it not 
knowing of the nature of the mail.

Ed is away from his PC today, but if you do not find a copy send Ed an 
email not the JPL and ask for a copy.  He also has a master list of who 
has voted as a safe guard to all involved, nominated and elected.  You 
have until 6 PM tomorrow to vote.
