[JPL] Group forms to replace IAJE

I agree.  I was surprised that I had to find this out this way.  
Actually, Danny Beher at Walrus told me yesterday.  Still, I was on Mary 
Jo Papich's mailing list for her first announcement that she was going 
to try to do this. 

Anyway, thank you ED for passing this on.
