Today I aired an interview with Jeremy Cohen of the two-time
Grammy-nominated classical-crossover string quartet, Quartet San Francisco,
conducted a week or so earlier by my jazz colleague, Mitch Meyer, and
originally broadcast on his "State of the Artform" program. Mitch did such a
fine job - as did Mr. Cohen - that when I was offered the chance to
rebroadcast it, I snapped it up.That interview wound up getting a lot of
listener response, as dids the reggae-jazz Brian Bender track, and the
