Someone else mentioned (?) yet Arthur Blythe's "Down San Diego Way" from
Lenox Avenue Breakdown?
How about "Something Everywhere" from Steve Kuhn's Trance.
Michael Brecker's "Minsk" from Now You See It, Now You Don't.
"Fawlty Tenors" from Smokin' In The Pit by Steps Ahead.
"Village Greene" and "Gingerbread Boy"...Elvin Jones Puttin' It
Together.

A coupleor few of living our masters:
"Fractured" from Geoffrey Keezer/Joe Locke Live In Seattle.
My audience seems to like very much (taking the time to call and
comment)
Jae Sinnett's "It's Telling...".
And how about Kurt Rosenwinkel's "The Next Step" from Deep Song.

Looking forward.

I'm looking for your favorite burners for some upcoming shows this
month.

To clarify for some our newbies to the JPL family; a "burner" is a fiery
uptempo piece that would make the listener jump out of the thier seats
out
of excitement or elicit emotional responses that are simular

Thank you for your imput as always

I can't wait to read the responses

Cheers!
Derrick
