As a person with many years of strong retail and distribution ties, I
disagree with you. Granted jazz sales in retail shops may be past their
zenith but many stores in many markets are still reporting strong sales of
jazz CDs. You know the value of your comment. Exceptions among many others,
J & R Music World-NY, Amoeba's-No Cal & So Cal, Twist & Shout-Denver, Black
& Read Books n Music-Denver, Waterloo's-Austin, Record Mart-Chicago.
