[JPL] any updates on Horacio da Silva ?

I've been in touch with a few people on the west coast who are looking for him... if you recall I performed for him at a nursing home about a year ago, from which he has since been moved by a "family" member to an undisclosed location.  I've looked a bit into the laws (even consulted with a private investigator I used to work with) and it seems it's neither illegal nor uncommon... but it does weigh heavily on my spirit and I think about him a lot.  I wonder how laws might be changed to protect a person's privacy and their legacy at the same time.  My prayers are with him.


As we ready to honor Horace Silver for our daily JAM composers spotlight on 
Wednesday I'm curious if anyone has an update on Horace?
