[JPL] Another musical inaugural quote

In all our discussion about jazz-friendly music for the inauguration, I  
can't recall anybody mentioning (and I don't know why it took me so long to  
conjure) "Great Day," a celebratory big-band number featuring James Moody, from  
1963. The first 16 bars could be a fanfare for any discussion of the day.
