[JPL] Kenny Rankin RIP

I reported where I saw this notice, but the person who posted it to the forum didn't say where they saw or heard it. While it's likely true, in general I'm cautious about going on-air with any death notice until it's verified, not just repeated unattributed on a website. 

More recently, someone in response to my posting said she had it confirmed by his manager.
