I realized tonight that I haven't posted any playlists since April so I
better get on it. Mainly an abbreviated jazz fest preview show starting with
Coltrane's nod to Sonny as well as Potter's and then off to Potter's
collaborator in the Monterey Quartet - Dave Holland. Trumpet days with Rava
and Brad, then the other Sunny playing the festival and a funky side of
Nicole Mitchell not heard often enough in these parts.

Quasi-Dylan set and Ta Ki Ta (pre-Karen Graves unfortunately) in advance of
their Presentation House North Shore gig, brand new release from Cory and
Terence Brewer, goodbye to Sam Butera who passed away last week and Happy
Birthday to Benny Goodman who would have been 100 last week. And bumpin'
