[JPL] staff changes at WPFW, Washington

WPFW's Program Directer Bobby Hill gave notice and stepped down this past Monday. He continues to do his program. On Wednesday it was announced that the station's General Manager Ron Pinchback is no longer working at WPFW-FM. The Pacifica network says they'll announce interim replacements soon.
