It's been a while since we spoke; certainly hope that all is well on  
your end?

Several times I have attempted to remove my email address from your  
list; my attempts have been futile.  With so much else going on in my  
life, the ongoing communiques are overwhelming.  Would you kindly  
instruct me how to successfully delete my address from your  
distribution list?
