How ironic that it was Dr. Taylor's counsel, attorney Alan Bergman, who  
counseled IAJE to file for dissolution under Ch. 7, rather than reorganizing  
under Ch. 11. Perhaps it was good advice, but a lot of people have a lot of  
questions.
