We are currently involved in our Spring 2009 fundraiser.

In an effort to avoid full time layoffs a redistribution of our on-air
operators is currently in motion. There will be layoffs of some part
time board ops

Effective today, I will program jazz at night Monday - Thursday from 9
p.m. to 1 a.m. WCPN night time host Dan Polletta is being moved into
board opting during the day. He will also produce packaged pieces for
jazz that will be imbedded on our weekly schedule, in particular,
evening jazz and our cultural arts program, "Around Noon."

Anyone wishing to connect with me regarding music should do so via
e-mail at bjackson at wviz.org

These are indeed tough times..........

Aloha,

Bobby Jackson
WCPN-FM Cleveland, OH

The advantage of being able to record the program ahead of time...
On the other hand, I've listened at home and heard the computer eat the
program and spit it out completely.
