Direct Mail to Jazz Chart Reporters
Give your independent release impact by putting it in the hands of JazzWeek reporting stations
JazzWeek now provides direct mail services, allowing independent labels and musicians to send their releases and promotional materials directly to the entire panel of JazzWeek jazz chart reporting stations.
Your release will be sent to the music director or program director at every reporting station — and that's essential for getting the maximum chart position possible. And you'll save the time and effort of packing, addressing, and shipping.
We'll package your release and promotional material, and send it with a JazzWeek mailing label ... plus, we'll send an email to each radio reporter announcing your release with your announcement of up to 750 words, for as little as around three dollars per station.
Basic Package — One Compact Disc in a jewel case or similar packaging, plus up to five 8 1/2" x 11" pages (folded in half), sent directly to to all current jazz chart reporters (92 stations, eventually reaching a maximum of 100): $295.00
Enhanced Package — One Compact Disc in a jewel case or similar packaging, plus 8 1/2" x 11" folders, photos, or printed pages (not folded), sent directly to to all current jazz chart reporters (92 stations, eventually reaching a maximum of 100): $345.00, (additional CDs in same package, up to three, $50.00 extra per CD.)
Custom Packages — We will be happy to provide a quote for your special project.
