Full Workshop:
For JazzWeek Paid Subscribers:
$249.00 through March 31, 2006 — Early Bird rate
$279.00 April 1 - May 31, 2006
$329.00 after June 1 and walk up

For Non-subscribers:
$299.00 through March 31, 2006 — Early Bird rate
$329.00 April 1 - May 31, 2006
$379.00 after June 1 and walk up

Payment Methods

Online and faxed payments can be made by credit card (Master Card, Visa, American Express or Discover) or by PayPal. Mailed registration payments may be made by credit card or check. Walk up registration payment may be by credit card or cash.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations must be submitted in writing. A refund (less a $50.00 administrative fee) will be issued after the convention if notification is received on or before June 1, 2006. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after June 1, 2006 or for "no shows."

JazzWeek reserves the right to refuse any registration application.
