Effective partnerships are essential to our success.  Those of us working in radio and promotion rely on each other to present and promote this music. We’re dedicating the afternoon to an open and frank discussion of the key issues facing our industry with the aim of improving communication, identifying common goals, and strengthening our partnership. Some possible topics: what makes sense in the present day and age for artists to promote their CD to radio, via independent radio promotion?  What do they gain from getting national radio play and chart action?  What new strategies can be brought to the table?  How do promoters handle internet radio? Moderator: Neal Sapper, New World ‘n’ Jazz
